Nothing demonstrated the power of sport in 2023 quite like this exceptionally moving spot from Norwich City supporting World Mental Health Day. 

The on-screen relationship between two season ticket holders is a compelling, but rarely explored territory, brilliantly explored through the course of a season by the club’s in-house team. Proving the point that someone’s public demeanour doesn't tell the full story when it comes to mental health.
